Filemon, (who’s been very excited) expected to have the Filipino kid performers to have visited their apartment of that with Tony. He wanted to have them toured throughout New York and Chicago and spare money for them; so that when they come back home, they’d be proud and tell the others how helpful Filipinos in the States are. But he was hurt and felt like degraded on how the children treated him. For one thing, he was treated like he wasn’t a Filipino; he was dismayed then. The children kept refusing and staying away from him like he’s a robber even when he tried to lend some invitations. Second, it made him argue with his friend Tony which caused him like misunderstanding. It had been so terrible for him why the children weren’t to come which made him prepared in explaining to Tony why it got that way. Above all, it made him rough and rude, and emotional too. He then told Tony why the children can’t come, but when he tried to show and let Tony listen and watch from the recordings he took, he forgot all the way and took him overnight that it was lost, entirely lost. Consequently, he tried to be back to the life he will have with Tony, thinking how bad Tony’s cancer could be.

I thought Filipinos greet and talk to the fellow Filipino in other country ,but then, it changed because not all were good to be nice to fellow Filipino man like what Filemon had experienced.
